Terms of Use
The GIS «Geoproject» software product line is provided to the end user free of charge under the FreeWare license. Do not use our software products if you do not agree with the terms of the license agreement.
License Agreement
This document (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement") is a legal document regulating the relations between you and the developer Yevhen Yasnikov, hereinafter referred to as "Developer", regarding the software product accompanied by this Agreement, which includes: GIS «Geoproject» software, electronic documentation, separately copyrighted electronic publications and media (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Product"). By installing or otherwise using the Product, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or otherwise use the Product.
1. Copyrights
Exclusive rights to use the Product and related materials belong to its developer and are protected by the laws of Ukraine "On Copyright and Related Rights", international copyright treaties and other intellectual property laws.
2. License Grant
The product and its components may be used free of charge for both personal and commercial purposes, without license fees and for an unlimited period of time.
3. Use restrictions
- Commercial distribution of the program is forbidden. (It is forbidden to take money for distributing the program)
- It is forbidden to hack, disassemble, decompile, change or modify the source code of the product.
- It is forbidden to distribute the product on the Internet or in any other way without the consent of the developer.
- You may not sublicense or rent the product.
- It is forbidden to remove or hide the copyright notice, logos and details of the developer.
4. Limited Warranty
The product is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including (but not limited to) the implied warranties of workmanship, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. You assume the entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Software. You are solely responsible for the selection and installation of the Product. The Product may contain errors. Developer is not responsible for any errors in the program. The developer does not warrant that the functions contained in the program will meet your requirements or that the operation of the program will not be interrupted by an error.
5. Enforcement of obligations
All disputes will be settled by mutual agreement of the parties, and if no agreement is reached, then in courts of general jurisdiction.
